Vietnam Center is incorporated as a Non-Profit entity under Minnesota statutes. Vietnam Center is recognized by the IRS under Internal Revenue Code Sec 501(c)(3). As such, it is publicly supported and there is NO private ownership by, NOR private benefit to any individual or organization of Vietnam Center's property and assets.
All Board of Directors and Volunteers are NOT paid.
